Ring line 1 and 2 for user in a ring group?

Here's how the system is setup:

call -> ring group -> user picks up (can accept multiple calls)

call 2 comes in -> ring group -> user still on phone doesn't get a beep and ability to pick up that call.

Other phones will be ringing just fine like a normal ring group. Strategy is for ring all.

How can I make it so the user gets the ability to put call 1 on hold and pick up a 2nd call?

Figured it out. Changing ALLOWUSEBUSYOPTFORGROUP to 1. Please delete! Thanks
