Ring times in group

Hi All!

We have a 3cx where calls from DID's are routed directly to ring groups, from there they go to further ring groups as overflow.

We have a call that hit the ring group (7862 repats), there were apparently 2 agents available but the call seemingly didnt ring the group at all and just went to overflow? What are your thoughts? Did it not ring the group and just overflow?

Where the two agents in the the ring busy on other calls at the time?

As taking multiple calls in ring groups is not an option, and best to use queues instead of ring groups.
