Hello,

We are tyring to use call processing script for below requirements but unbale to get it work.

- On-premises V20 PBX is setup with 1 SIP trunk of 5 channel and 5 DIDs
- We need to route the DID-1 to and IVR, DID-2 a User, DID-3 to a queue.

We followed the instructions provided in this link. https://www.3cx.com/blog/call-flow-scripts/call-routing-did/

We choose the "Inbound DID Routing" script from store, selected option "Upon receiving a call on a trunk" and Trunk selected.

Uploaded a routes.json file with below data for testing added only the DID-1

{
"1234567890": "Extension.6501."
}

Trunk settings are set to "Call processing script" and tried making an incoming call but calls just drop at 2 second mark.

Please advise if we are missing something here.

Thanks in advance.

Since it does not proceed this can indicate that there is a misconfiguration in the script.
Try to re-configure as per guideline and check.

Hello,

If all you are seeking to do is permanent assignments of some DIDs to specific call destinations, you can generally just assign the DID to a destination through the destinations config, for example for user:

Hello,

This issue was resolved. The issue was with the route.json file. Worked as needed after adding the DIDs in the JSON file correctly.
Thanks for all the help!
