Hi

I have been trying to find this myself and configure, but I cannot get anything to work. Maybe someone here can help me to see what I am missing.
I need to be able to route incomming calls to a specific user, but I need the user to get the information about witch nummer have been called.
Fx I need 2 numbers to be routed to user A. Number +4511111111 and number +4522222222.
When user A receives the call, user A needs to be informed if either the called number is +4511111111 or +452222222.
If it is done by prefix or anything, I dont care, I just need the user to be notified about what number is called.
Can anyone help ?

Thanks in advance.
Best regards
Jesper Bille

Hi

Have the DIDs go to a RG and then use a friendly name to append/prepend to it.

it will display on the phone and client.

press the pencil next to the DID you assign.

Hello @JbJansson ,

Just to add to what @Alphabetic said, you can do the same wherever you assign a DID ( Extension, Queue. Ring Group etc)
So you can assign, for example, the DIDs to the User directly if you want and add a friendly name for each one.
To add the name to the Caller ID navigate to Admin > System > Phonebook > Options and select Append or Prepend Name.
