Solved Router phone showing as both registered and not registered

I recently setup a Yealink T46U router phone in a secondary office. Under 'Users', it shows the phone being registered, however, under 'Voice & Chat', it shows as being not registered. I'm unsure how both can be true at the same time. I have confirmed that the firmware is up-to-date and the web console shows that it is registered as well.

Could you please confirm which firmware version is currently installed on the device?

Additionally, please navigate to Admin > Advanced > IP Blacklist and verify that there are no entries related to the device's IP address. If any entries are found, please set them to Allow and reprovision the device afterward.

Firmware: 108.87.0.22

There was an IP block last night when I was first setting it up. But I removed it, then it provisioned. I can reprovision it as I have already allowed the IP.

I did the reprovision from the admin console and that didn't seem to work. I'm now going to go into the phone's web console and see what it says.

The mentioned firmware version is correct.

When navigating to Admin > Dashboard > Troubleshooting > Firewall, does the Firewall Test complete successfully with all tests showing green indicators?

If the Firewall Test completes successfully, please perform a factory reset on the device to remove any residual configuration it may still contain: https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/factory-reset-yealink/

Once completed, reprovision the device and let us know your results.

The firewall test showed all green. I factory reset the device and tried to reprovision, but it didn't work. I ended up factory resetting again and deleting the phone out of 3CX and started from scratch. It then provisioned correctly. That you for the help.
