Router phones

We are currently running 3CX V18 and we have been having an issue with our remote router phones. We use 2 models of router phones, x5u v2 and the x65. We have noticed that when setting up the x65 remote phones they are not phoning home to the 3CX system to grab the provisioning for the phone. The phone just sits there. Rebooting the phone doesn't do anything either. The work around is to set the autoprovision string manually on the phone itself. Also with the x5u v2 phones that are already in the field, they occasionally will lose registration and rebooting the phone doesn't fix it. In the past we could factory default the phones and when the phone rebooted they would phone home and grab the config. This isn't working now either. If you factory default the phone the phone just sits there and then we have to manually provision the phone to get it restored. Has anyone else noticed this issue?
