Router Port Forwarding/Phone provisioning

Good Morning,

I was hoping someone some could assist on what needs to be done to to my router to provision my IP phone. I am not using an SBC. I have gone into the phone and gave it a fixed address. Updated the firmware supplied by 3cx. Set the "config server path" to my instance. I set up the static IP address of the phone to port forward to IP address listed on my dashboard with the port that was assigned when I added the phone to the user. What else am I not doing?
