Hi Guys

I may be missing something here, but I am trying to router specific CIDs to an internal hunt group, but only for spefic called numbers.

For example, user dials 01234 123456 and their number is 01243 876543 - I want a rule to see the number they dialled and the caller ID and route to specific people.

Can I only do this via Call Flow Manager?

Thanks

Dave

For the moment yes. We can't create rules for DID+CID. Only one or the other. It's in the Ideas tho.

Rename the trunk to your DID number so see on which did they call. Then add a CID rule to redirect calls coming from Trunk 1 does to XXX group or queues.. is that what you wanted to try?

So we have 5 incomin g numbers, main number, support desk etc. Then we have a hunt group for all of the support, but then also smaller hunt groups for individuals (2 per team). If a client signs up for a dedicated support person, I want their incoming office number to hit 3cx and be routed to their dedicated hunt group.

Use CFD to do this is best way and you can give an access with ID to your customers so you are sure they have valid rights to access and be forwarded to the right support level
