Running 16.0.9 Enterprise.
I have a simple IVR set up for after hours, with a simple message saying we are closed, etc.
During the playback, users can input an extension number and the call gets transferred to it.

The problem is that not all staff members are supposed to get calls after hours, even if the caller dials their extension.
Most of the users have 3CX softphone in addition to their desk phone, but they dont want to keep changing their status manually when the day is over and then in the morning.

How can I force that after hours the calls goes to each particular extension voicemail instead of ringing?

You can go to each extension and set it to auto switch the status during office hours.

Outside of office hours it will automatically put the extension in DND mode and when office hours start it will put them back to available.

Only thing is that if internal extensions need to call each other they would be in DND and go to VM.

If extensions do need to be able to call each other, what you could also do is, instead of using a "Standard IVR", use a "DTMF Input" IVR. "DTMF Input" IVRs do not allow direct dialing, so you would have to manually create an entry for every extension that should be able to receive calls during out of office hours. For example, have an entry that needs DTMF: 101 and that routes calls to extension 101.

Note: Do bear in mind that this may be tedious to setup and hard to manage if we are talking about a very large number of extensions.
