Hi,

I'm noob in 3cx routing configurations. So my question is,
Is there any possibility to routing externals calls, came from SIP Trunk to an extensions only by appending on the Trunk number the extension number separeted by a string like #?

Example:
Person A call my Trunk Number, 0123456789 but since he know my extension and he want to talk with me he append to the number ( 0123456789 ) #000 ( my extension ). The routing bypass the IVR or the queue and put in connection with me the person.

I'm sorry for my English, if there are errors tell me, I'll try to fix.

Hi @Thomas Rizzi

I think what you want already works when listening to an IVR just dial the extension you wish to talk to and it will connect through to the extension.

Regards, Yon

Hello @Thomas Rizzi

As mentioned you need to point your trunk to an IVR. Once the IVR answers the call you can dial the extension number you want to connect to and the IVR will route the call to that extension.
