Solved Routing two main trunk numbers to two sites with different opening times?

I'm setting up my 2nd 3CX PBX. The first was just two users and a simple call flow; this one is more complex! My client has two sites, each with their own main trunk number and different opening hours.

I'm following advice found at https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/inbound-did-call-routing/

"Inbound rules process and route inbound calls to an extension, an IVR or a queue, based on:

The main trunk number - calls to this number can be processed by an inbound rule in “SIP trunk” > “General” tab > “Route calls to” section.
DID number - enter DIDs directly from the “SIP Trunk” or “Inbound Rules” functions, that you can then assign to an extension, IVR or queue."

I need to route each trunk to its own IVR, but as I look at the Inbound Rule options I note that I cannot route calls to IVRs - only to an extension, VM box for extension, or outside number. Similarly if I try to route calls via the SIP Trunks menu I can only route calls to an extension, VM box for extension or outside number.

How do I route calls to one of the two IVRs based on the main number dialled, and how do I build in different opening hours for each?

Upon further investigation, I note that even though the 'route calls to' section only displays options 'extension, VM box for extension, outside number, fax or call flow apps', I CAN select extension and then choose an call queue or IVR in the box below. I assumed that I would only find a list of extensions... I guess this answers my question!

That is correct, for the routing options in SIP Trunks and Inbound Rules, system extensions such as IVR's Queue Calls and Ring Groups are listed under the extensions category.
