RPS request error Fanvil X4U-2

Hello, just upgraded to v20, purchased a router phone Fanvil X4U-V2 to use as a router phone, with our other Fanvil X4(old). I am trying to provision it and it is not happening. I get an error message:
RPS request for Fanvil (MAC:xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) IP Phone of xxxxxxxx NOT delivered. You will need to configure the phone manually by copying and pasting the provisioning link https://nameofacompany.3cx.co.uk/provisioning/xxxxxxxxxxx/ in the phone web interface. Error Message: Error:device_had_existed
Tried Factory Reset, done it twice, added the phone few times, not working.
It is a second hand phone, like new but it has been switched on before.

Update: Manual provisioning worked. Still want to know if we can make it work the fancy way.

Hello, most likely the phone is tied to someone other's RPS. You need to contact Fanvil to reset this link on their server.
