Salesforce lightning opening url only in response

Good morning,
we are using the salesforcev2 template on 3cx in version v20 with the new version lightning version of the crm and everything seems to work correctly, apart from the url that opens only when the call is answered and not during the ringing phase. Is it possible to set this setting or does the integration only work in response?

Only on answer but the URL should show in the dialer/call view during ringing.

Your users would have to click on the "CRM" link when it's ringing to open it.

Yes, for external calls from numbers that aren't set as Mobile for any users. Internal calls don't trigger the integration.
