Salesforce with person account

Hi, We have 'Person Account' enabled in our salesforce and i have gone through your this post regarding that. But can you specify that what needs to be changed in the XML template in order to get this working with the person account?
Any help would be appreciated.

You will need to investigate yourself the REST API provided by Salesforce for this.

Note, that it was tested only for journaling of outgoing calls.
