Hi,
Does the raspberry-based SBC always take the contents of the /provisioning/ folder of the 3CX server to provision phones or download them locally when installed?
 
The phones are provisioned from the PBX, not the SBC. The SBC is used for relaying SIP and RTP, not HTTPS.
