Hi,
We are using a SBC on a rasberry pi, we are making some changes and want to change the 3cx server it points to, is this possible without a re-install of the SBC?

Cheers

Hi I would advise configuring the raspberry from scratch in that way you will use the sbc in the last version and also update the OS to Bookworm as shown in this blog

OK, thank you, rebuild seems the way. As a side question, if we re-build the SBC using v20 to connect to the new V20 3CX and then ship the unit back to customer, I assume it will re-pickup the new local and remote IP addresses and we wont need to then re-build it on the local site?

Regarding the sbc local IP you must set an static IP as shown in the document provided, you may change it later if needed but make sure it is static or make at least the reservation in the DHCP server.

Sorry I know it needs to stay the same while working. What I meant was if we wanted to instal and setup from our office for a client at a different site (our IP range if different from them) so we can reserve the dhcp on our site while setting up and when we ship it to site we would reserve that up on the own range.

Just use an extra network for setup in the same ip range. We have our testnetwork for stuff like this.
