Hey All,
we are having an issue where the SBC at a site seems to disconnect when a call is answered
Support are being painful, requesting removal of a custom template when its been in place (and updated as per template updates) with each revision.
the phone that is answering the call isn't part of the this custom template (which add a second line account to another line as we can't do this via 3cx)
is anyone else experiencing issues with SBCs disconnecting or generally not working, as most sites seem to have sporadic issues with both call quality and outages.
