Solved SBC shows down on teams admin, calls not going out

Hello.
We have an integration with Teams to 3CX that allows Teams users to dial out to PSTN through 3CX and vice versa.
This stopped working without any change on our side.
I saw the post about forking but we are not using 3CX native client. Only Teams.
Any idea where to start troubleshooting?
Also we noticed that 3CX keeps trying to connect to an IP on 0355 that doesn't seem to reply.

Are you using the 3CX Teams integration or a 3rd-party like Call2Teams?

3CX Teams integration.
We have found the issue.
Basically the client made changes on their firewall (it was an ASA) and adversely affected existing rules.
After monitoring we saw that ports were being blocked by App ID.
