SBC with phone non certified

I need to connect 2N device behind SBC Raspberry . I have configure device manually using proxy server SBC ( raspeberry ) . Than all work fine , but when i see device connection not show device IP via SBC , but only device IP ( different if i see Fanvil device provisioned correct , device via SBC) .
Also in SBC statistic i see only 1 device connected behind SBC but i have 2 device Fanvil-provisioned and 2N device manually configured .
Some ideas ?

That’s how non supported or manual config behave and look. Is it functioning ok? That’s the important part.

Yes but i can't change 200 Device on field ( about 1.500€ each)
