I think we are facing a Bug.. As I been having internet connectivity issues, that my internet was going down and coming back up.. I tried doing the restart services as you instructed, and that didn't work. I even tried putting the SBC on another machine, and that didn't work when the internet went down. So 2 different computers, and when the internet went down had to re-boot the computers... And what is happening to those phones that connect through SBC is they are showing connected and registered. But when dial out either external or internal, get an unknown and fast busy, which I did the restart from the services, still got an unknown and fast busy. Reboot, wa la. Comes back up and can make calls... So should like there is a bug somewhere if they were tried on 2 different computers

All this points to some environmental problem. For SBC there's no difference at all whether it starts with Windows or restarted later, it works the same.

To investigate further, I need SBC log file, usually it's c:\ProgramData\3CXSBC\Logs\3cxsbc.log.
Next time the issue happens, restart the SBC service and upload the log file in a personal message to me. I will try to figure out what went wrong.

Try the raspberry pi solution. That linux thing is not as complicated as you might think, specially on raspberry.
Just buy one and test it on a weekend, you might end up liking them. The noobs method will get you sharpened for the rest of the setup.

or someone close by might be able to ship you a pre configured SD card.
Those things boot in under a minute.

If you still want to stay with windows, you might need a script to check of internet service, and when its gone and restored , run some shell commands to refresh network settings and services.

my 2cents
best luck
