SC Calls

I'm working on a PRO self-hosted V20. The site has bought a licence for 24 sc. But in Voice & Calls the gamma SIP trunk it shows 18. The engineer says this is all they have. Why would they be different?

The setting in the trunk settings is for the simultaneous channels you bought from the provider. The 24 SC license is the PBX license limit. They don't have to be the same.
You can have 18 external sim calls and 6 internal calls at the same time.
