    Solved How to mute incoming calls from the SIM card when I'm in a conversation on the 3CX app?

    Hi, It's all in the title! I am looking for a solution to prevent incoming calls from my SIM card when I am in a conversation on the 3CX application. It's quite annoying to have a ringtone during a conversation.

    I want to set up 3cx in my compagny but I need to know something: if I take 16 simultaneous calls, does it count 16 simultaneous internal calls or internal & external calls?

    Hi, can someone point me out onto report, that shows how many simultaneous calls do we use at the time? We have license for 16, but I need to see how many external phone calls are occurring at one time at its maximum. Obviously the limit is 16, but what is the real load? Thank you.
