Could someone give a simple step by step guide on scheduled Office Holidays.
On two systems now I have not been able to get the "script" to work nor the holidays.
In each case, clients want to be able to set the holiday with a audio file for that holiday and forget it, just like in V18, no one had an issue with this, and now it doesn't work without extra steps?
Documentation seems to be lacking.
When using the script it either is ignored by the system or the call goes blank no matter how its configured. Holiday name and audio file name are matching, department is set on the Ring group and Office holiday, destination of the script is to a RG.
Any assistance would be great!
