Scheduled Web Meeting Link not working

Hi Team

A customer of ours suddenly has issues with their scheduled web meetings. When the end participants click on the link it takes them off to the 3CX Web Meeting Troubleshooting page - https://www.3cx.com/user-manual/video-conferencing/troubleshoot/

However if the organiser clicks straight on the Web Meeting in the Web Client and send the link, that works!

The customer was hard setting the MCU Server in Settings/Conferencing/Select Your Preferred MCU Server (Select closest). But even when set back to Automatic the same issue occurs. This has just happened today.

Did you follow the steps from that troubleshooting page? (especially the steps for the Administrator)

Same here. Previously scheduled meetings and QuickMeetings still work. Newly scheduled meetings get redirected to the link mentioned immediately.

Make sure you are updated to V16U5. Also ensure that the PBX does not have any traffic blocked, as it will not be able to sync the new meetings. We have publicized the IPs of MCUs if you wish to whitelist them. You need to resolve the IPs of those FQDNs https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/status-monitor-info.72678/

Yes, the update fixed it. Only took about 2 minutes. However, usually we don't install freshly released updates right away unless there's some urgent security issue.
