Scheduling Webmeeting into Outlook´s Calendar

Hello,
when I create a webmeeting, I use everytimes 3cx direct email to send the invitations. When the email arrives, there´s no scheduled meeting in the calendar and the only way to do it is to create it manually. Is it possible to schedule automatically a webmeeting into the calendar? I know that works with Office 365 but I would like to have the same result with 3cx direct email.
