Unsupported Screen Pop in 3cx Android App

Hia all, I have screen popping connected to our backend CRM working great in the 3CX windows client, but can this be done on the Android app (and IOS)?

We considered generating a whatsapp message to send to the agent thats in the field with a link (which opens the relevant CRM mobile friendly webpage) they can click as the call is answered?

Or is there a way to pass on some basic text with the inbound callers name somehow (like Customer Status: Lead/Marketing/New/VIP SpendToDarte £xxx ).

I'm afraid this is not an option as the pop-up will not be send to 3CX Clients for Android/iOS
