Screen sharing issue

Hello,

We switched our team weekly meeting from MS Teams to our private 3CX meeting server this Monday. Everything worked perfectly except for the screen sharing. The shared content on my 12.5" Laptop screen seems too small and can not be seen clearly even when I switched to full screen in the meeting. But it worked okay for me when we met by MS Teams previously. Is there anything can be done to improve the screen-sharing experience of the 3CX video conference?

Hi,
the screen is currently captured in its native resolution and sent using 1Mbps.
On the receiver side the screen is scaled to the available space on the monitor.
Then a small source screen appears bigger if on the rx side the monitor resolution is bigger.
On the opposite, a source screen with a big resolution can be displayed very small on the rx side it the available monitor is small (this seems your case)
If the other user is sharing a very big screen, then on your laptop it will appear small and maybe text is not readable.
It is possible to share only a window instead of the entire screen and this usually resolve this problem
