I am preparing for an upgrade to v16 on Sept 5th and have discovered a logical problem in 3CX that I would like to fix as part of our cleanup after the upgrade to v16.

My issue is this. Our helpdesk is creating 2 custom IVR's with static prompts for each sales user. The first IVR is for an available message and the second is for an away message. The IVR gives the user a couple options and one of them is the extension of the sales rep that didn't answer the phone. We have a good size sales team and it's resulted in a lot of IVR's being created.

What I want to figure out is if there is a way for me to create two IVR's. One for Sales Available, one for Sales Away, and send the extension of the number the call came from. I'm looking at the page for scripting 3CX IVR's here. It looks like I could use a script to pass some of this around? Is it possible to do what I'm trying to accomplish? The thing that I haven't figured out yet is even if I can grab the variable from the caller how do I update the IVR prompt with it?

EDIT: I want to clarify that both the away and available audio are common between all sales users. The only thing that updates is the sales user you get sent back to if you choose to be sent back to that salesmen again.
