I am two weeks into my first 3CX installation, we have 12 Fanvil X7's connected to an on-prem system.
On this phone model, on the top BLF keys, the names will repeatedly scroll if the name is too long for the field. In our case, almost all of them are, and the key is scrolling constantly. It catches the edge of our vision and we're constantly looking at the phones, thinking it is a notification or alerting.
Is there any way to stop the scrolling, or default the top key to just having an ellipses ( ",,,") like the other BLF keys do?
