We are using 3CX on AT&T's bVoip service with SNOM D715 handsets in most offices. Everything is configured and is working pretty well, but there is one minor issue that users keep asking me about that I can't seem to find a solution for.
We allow multiple calls to come into each extension. That works fine, but when an extension gets the second call they don't receive any caller id information about the second call. This applies to both the 3CX client running on their machine, as well as on the SNOM handset display.
Is there any way to make this information display?
