Solved see time of snom phone disconnecting.

Is there a log that will show when a phone disconnects. have i customer that is trying to isolate who's shift poured soda all over the poe injector, for a single remote phone location.

Hi!

Lol. I think your best bet is checking in the phone UI, I think snom logs persist even after power off.
In 3CX you would have to check the logs, but they role over fairly frequently.

If you want to try this, give the Bin Log Viewer a try and see when the last references of this device are found, but if the 3CX is not in Verbose, or services have been restarted since this happened, you may not find what you want.

Thanks found what i was looking for.

the phone logs appear to only keep their log info from the time they are powered on. But using the Bin log viewer is were i was able to find the phone not registered and failing calls to it and redirecting to their mailbox. once again thanks
