Solved Selectively add Group, Queue or DID/DDI Names to Caller ID

After enabling prefix/append, is there any way I can suppress the modification of the caller ID for a particular group/queue/did/ddi?

Once you've enabled the option, I believe the only way, is to remove the name (or shorten it to something unobtrusive).

That is true, though you can only completely remove the name for DIDs. Ring groups and Call Queues names you would have to shorten as @leejor said.
