Send messages from 3cx windows

Is it possible to send sms from 3cx for windows to a local extension phone?

SMS is not supported in the client. The client has a chat function and some phones have a native messaging feature (not very convenient), but you could always submit as a feature request.

You can do a search of the forum to see the various questions that have been posted on the subject.
