Solved Send SMS option missing after Update 9 Build 995

Hi,
After upgrading to 3CX Version 20.0 Update 9, Build 995 Release, AI 1.4.48, the Send SMS option is no longer available in the Web Client under Chat → +.
SMS was working correctly before upgrading to this build.
The SMS trunk is enabled and configured using GenericSIPTrunk.pv.xml. The DID is assigned and routed to the correct queue, and the affected user is a queue member. We have also tested direct DID routing, cleared the browser cache, signed out and back in, and tested in an InPrivate session.
Is this is a known issue with Build 995?

yes it was assigned to a queue.

issue resolved after services restart.
