Server Error after update

Hello,

I did Firmware update yesterday, after that I have Server Error when I try to connect to admin console, communications still work.

I accessed to console with SSH and I have for the command service 3CX* status the service 3CXPhoneSystemMC01.service - 3CX PhoneSystem 01 Management Console failed, all other service are active.

I have 3CX on ubuntu server.

Ubuntu server is not supported by 3CX, only debian - https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/

Are you sure it is ubuntu ?

Do you have a current backup with fqdn and license key - if so I suggest you install 3CX on debian - https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/installing-debian-linux-pbx/

Yes, I was wrong, it is on debian not ubuntu, unfortunately, I don't have a backup.

Thank you Saqqara for your help, It's now working after restart services with command 3CXStartServices
