Greetings,
I have recently upgraded to 3CX System v15 and getting an Internal Server Error when trying to view Call Log or try to schedule a report, the error details are as following: (Note that this error did not show in previous versions)
Code:
System.TimeZoneNotFoundException: The time zone ID 'Libya Standard Time' was not found on the local computer. at System.TimeZoneInfo.FindSystemTimeZoneById(String id) at TimeZoneConverter.TZConvert.GetTimeZoneInfo(String windowsOrIanaTimeZoneId) at ManagementConsoleJS.Controllers.CallLogController.GetTimePeriod(DateRangeType dateRangeType, String timeZoneName, Nullable`1 fromDate, Nullable`1 toDate) at ManagementConsoleJS.Controllers.CallLogController.d__3.MoveNext() --- End of stack trace from previous location where exception was thrown --- at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.ThrowForNonSuccess(Task task) at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.HandleNonSuccessAndDebuggerNotification(Task task) at Microsoft.AspNetCore.Mvc.Internal.ControllerActionInvoker.d__12.MoveNext() --- End of stack trace from previous location where exception was thrown --- at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.ThrowForNonSuccess(Task task) at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.HandleNonSuccessAndDebuggerNotification(Task task) at Microsoft.AspNetCore.Mvc.Internal.ControllerActionInvoker.d__10.MoveNext() --- End of stack trace from previous location where exception was thrown --- at Microsoft.AspNetCore.Mvc.Internal.ControllerActionInvoker.Rethrow(ActionExecutedContext context) at Microsoft.AspNetCore.Mvc.Internal.ControllerActionInvoker.Next(State& next, Scope& scope, Object& state, Boolean& isCompleted) at Microsoft.AspNetCore.Mvc.Internal.ControllerActionInvoker.d__14.MoveNext() --- End of stack trace from previous location where exception was thrown --- at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.ThrowForNonSuccess(Task task) at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.HandleNonSuccessAndDebuggerNotification(Task task) at Microsoft.AspNetCore.Mvc.Internal.ResourceInvoker.d__22.MoveNext() --- End of stack trace from previous location where exception was thrown --- at Microsoft.AspNetCore.Mvc.Internal.ResourceInvoker.Rethrow(ResourceExecutedContext context) at Microsoft.AspNetCore.Mvc.Internal.ResourceInvoker.Next(State& next, Scope& scope, Object& state, Boolean& isCompleted) at Microsoft.AspNetCore.Mvc.Internal.ResourceInvoker.d__17.MoveNext() --- End of stack trace from previous location where exception was thrown --- at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.ThrowForNonSuccess(Task task) at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.HandleNonSuccessAndDebuggerNotification(Task task) at Microsoft.AspNetCore.Mvc.Internal.ResourceInvoker.d__15.MoveNext() --- End of stack trace from previous location where exception was thrown --- at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.ThrowForNonSuccess(Task task) at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.HandleNonSuccessAndDebuggerNotification(Task task) at Microsoft.AspNetCore.Builder.RouterMiddleware.d__4.MoveNext() --- End of stack trace from previous location where exception was thrown --- at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.ThrowForNonSuccess(Task task) at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.HandleNonSuccessAndDebuggerNotification(Task task) at ManagementConsoleJS.Middleware.ExceptionWrapperMiddleware.d__3.MoveNext()

Version 15.5.13103.5
upgraded from v12.5

Hello @LYSupp

Did you upgrade directly from 12.5? If so then after the upgrade to v15.5 locate and run CHconverter.exe from C:\Program Files\3CX Phone System\Instance1\Bin.
it will ask you for the path of the v12.5 backup file used in the upgrade, type in the location of the v12.5 backup.zip file and press enter. Call history will be pulled into v15.5 from the 12.5 backup.
Try the above and let us know of the results.

The backup does not contain call history, is there any way to just clear the call log?

You can clear the call log but there is no guarantee that that will solve the issue. The call logs can be deleted by navigating to Call reports / Settings.
Before doing so though navigate to Settings / Timezone &Office hours and check that the timezone there is correct.

clearing the logs did not solve the issue, the timezone is set to +2:00 Egypt which should be the correct timezone as the timezone ID shown in the error log (Libya Standard Time) is not available to select .

Did you have scheduled reports from the previous versions running? If so can you edit them and press OK and see if that helps resolve the issue ?

I did not have the scheduled reports on the previous version, however i have managed to schedule Call reports when i first installed the new version and do have scheduled reports working at the moment, however after i scheduled the first two reports i am unable to add a new report and get the internal server error mentioned above.

In this case i would recommend creating a ticket with our support department since they will need to take a look at the system logs to determine the cause of the issue.
