Hi all,

I'm trying to set up the webinar plugin on our WordPress website.
The problem is I'm getting the session expired error in any kind of browser except if the Webinar form author is logged in.

Meaning if I'm logged in in the WordPress dashboard with the same account I use to create the webinar form. I'm not getting the error.

Any Idea

Do you get session expired when entering a webinar session? or is it when you visit the Wordpress site that has the link for the webinar?

For webinars, the organizer needs to start the session before anyone else joins.

How come the token doesn't match? or is it even the token?

Ah I see, so it's not the WordPress page that has expired in this case.



If you check your WordPress form, does the WebMeeting API Token match that of your PBX?

Yes, it does
But here's the behavior I observed

1. if I am currently logged-in in the WordPress dashboard, I never see this error
2. Using an incognito browser, I see the error. But if I clear the cache from the dashboard, it works for a minute then the error appears.

By the way, the WP version is 5.3.2

We already found out the cause. It's the SSL plugin in our WordPress
