Solved Set Status - Custom Length?

Hello!

Is it possible to edit the status lengths? The shortest is 15 minutes and one of my clients is asking for 5 and 10 minutes instead of the longer ones. I searched for an answer and found nothing so I'm thinking this isn't possible but wanted to ask to make sure.

Hi @twyant,

I'm afraid that there is no built in method of changing the status timeout for the Web Client's Set Status Temporarily. The best thing they could do for any status under 15 minutes, is set it to 15 minutes and change it back to Available if they get back to their desks earlier.
