Set the music when transferring to external message service

I need Set the music when transferring to external message service.
I have set the music on hold and my call queues to our unique hold music
But when the call is not answered it gets diverted to a call service, however while diverting and waiting for them to pickup we get the default 3cx music (You know the one with the man doing sex noises - Uhhh) Is there an extra section where i need to change the file?

I did set it there, but alas still plays the 3cx default when forwarding call externally

You know.. i've never even scrolled down to see that menu in all the years i've been using 3CX... (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻
