set up area code inbound caller ID

i would like to see if there is a way to program area codes in my 3cx phone system that the caller ID would come in as the area or city calling from... for instance if someone called in from 713-555-5555 the caller id would say Houston, tx.

3CX can add/substitute names, if there is a full number match in the phonebook. http://www.3cx.com/forums/caller-display-lookup-from-company-phonebook-29021.html However, you want a match done on a partial number (an area code and prefix), which would probably require some sort of add-on database. See the bottom of the page.. http://www.3cx.com/blog/3rd-party-application/ Keep in mind that , now-a-days an area code and prefix may no longer be area specific.
