Setting a random CallerId for outgoing calls.

Due to external numbers being mistakenly flagged as spam, we request the following functionality to be developed:
In 3cx, within the trunk settings, create a list of external numbers, name it "ExtCallerNum".
In the outbound rule or trunk settings, add the option to select the "ExtCallerNum" list.
During outbound calls, a random number from the "ExtCallerNum" list should be filled in the CallerId field.
