Hi, I have a 3cx installation on Debian 10. The voip trunk is cloudItalia, is a Naked line with 2 numbers, but only one access for it with user and password;
We created the entry rule by selecting the DIDs for each IVR, and everything works. The problem is outgoing, as, although we create the outgoing rule for each numbering, the calls are going out with only one number of that. How can we solve? Yours sincerely

Have you got your caller ID set in the outbound rule?

In your SIP settings > Outbound Parameters what have you got set in this field?

Enter the outbound number required in the Caller ID in the outbound rule. Does mean you need to have two outbound rules for each DDI number. for example DDI2, you could prefix the number with 9, check for prefix 9 and strip 1 digit

If certain extension use the DDI number, you can enter it under Outbound Caller ID field in the extension

Where is the caller ID set on the trunk? Your outbound rule only shows that your calls are using CloudItalia to go out so I am wondering how you have set up your caller IDs. Also CloudItalia only accepts numbers that belong to your account as caller ID so if you are using different numbers it might not work.

It is going to depend on what type of outgoing calls you want displaying each number. Perhaps you can elaborate.

https://www.3cx.com/blog/voip-howto/outbound-rules-a-complete-example/

You can set your outbound caller ID in multiple locations in 3CX depending on your needs and use case. You can do so at the extension level where every extension can have a different outbound caller ID (or the same). You can set at the trunk level under the Caller ID tab and you can a set a caller ID per outbound rule.
You can find more details by going through our academy material. https://www.3cx.com/3cxacademy/
