Hello to everyone.
I have hosted v20 Enterprise.
Active Socket is succesfully configured and I can control CDR on the fly. For example when a call is abandoned it is possible to send email with detailed info immediately to a manager who is able to react right away.
I try to setup a development environment (https://www.3cx.com/docs/call-api-linux/) to develop a procedure to control which agent in a queue is active at every given moment with an email to a manager right away if there is a bottle neck or congestion in the Call Center.
ISO file (which is Debian 12) is successfully downloaded and initiated on a local VMware machine. After start it gives two options: configure 1. using a web browser or 2. From command line

Option 1 has been chosen, I followed and stuck with
1. "Upload a new Configuration file created on 3CX"
2. "Restore Backup"
"Restore Backup" is not allowed because of running hosted 3CX PBX.
"new Configuration file" is nearly created with my Admin credentials but it requires to choose FQDN. I have one, it is running. I'm afraid to break fully completely functioning 3CX PBX.
I believe I need to "Press ESC to go back" but I need a confirmation that 3CX running WITHOUT CONFIGURATION is the right one to go ahead and work with Call Control API for Linux in accordance with the documentation.
Any suggestion, confirmation, etc are much appreciated.
With kindest regards to the comminity
