setting up Grandstream DP750

Hello, Does anyone have any experience successfully setting up the Grandstream DP750 phone on 3CX?

We did and it worked.

But honestly, use GDMS to configure it. More options and easier.

You'd need an custom FXS template for those anyway, which is PITA to manage.
