Setting up profiles for Master/Slave configurations.

I have been looking and have not found anything that would allow me to setup a profile as a master configuration and set another configuration. Is there such a way?

I have a couple of SIP servers. I want one to be my master server and the other as a slave to the 3CX software. That way if my primary SIP server goes down the application will automatically go to the secondary.

Can you tell me if this is possible with 3CX?

I'm assuming that you are talking about the 3CX phone. You can only register to one profile at a time. If you had a second server, you would have to create a second profile and manually switch to it if the first was unable to register.

you could run this test, i can not tell you by now if this will work.
You need SRV Records and set the master to a lower PRIO then then Slave.
The url should look a bit like this:

_sip._udp.domain.tld

The dns lookup will bring two entries back:
Port:5060 Weight: 10 Server: MASTER
Port:5060 Weight: 20 Server: Slave
