Hi,

I am trying to setup a call diversion to an extension for out of hours calls. The calls originate from a ddi and this ddi is assigened to a call queue extension. In inbound rules you can change "Destination for calls outside office hours" great but it does not work for me.

The main trunk that has the ddi assigned has office hours setup mon-fri 0730 - 1730 and nothing for the weekend.

The hours I am trying to assign for the ddi call is 6pm to 6am Monday to Friday and go from 10 am sat to 6am Monday and forward to extension e.g.123

Am I missing a step here, any pointers would be appreciated, thanks.

So the specific DDI should be out of office from 6am to 6pm for week days and should be in office for the weekend after 10 am? Is that correct?

It was an example i guess, CFD is not the need in your use case.
Could it be possible to share your inbound rule (hide sensitive infos)

So your in office hours should be 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 6am to 10 am on a Saturday? I am asking because the PBX allows you to set in office hours. What remains are the out of office hours. That's why we need to know the in office hours so we know what needs to be set up.

The office hours are setuo as per image below, we need a particual DDI to use out of normal hours call diversion to another ext which has the mobile app

So you need to create an Inbound rule for the particular DDI which you can do under the "Inbound rules" tab and create specific office hours for the DDI only. Set up your in office hours as normal and the rest of the hours the DDI will be set to out of office hours. Set the destination for calls outside office hours to the extension you need and press OK to save your settings.
If the PBX does not follow these settings then it might mean that calls cannot be matched to the inbound rule you created and all calls end up to the main trunk number destination. In that case you will need to find the number format the provider is using to send the DDI to your system and adjust your DDIs to match that format.
