setup questions for retail store

I'm setting up a new retail store, and wanted to get some ideas of the best ways to do things.
First off, I have a VOIP provider that all calls will be coming in from, and they allow 6 simultaneous calls. I want all incoming calls to ring all phones, and would like it to be able to transfer (or say pick up line X) from all phones.
I know that I can set up a ring group, but the Aastra phones I have also support BLA. What's the best way to do it?

yes I am in Australia, and using the free edition at home to test. Just wondering if 3cx supports the BLA or SLA.
