Unsupported Setup SPA525g to Work on 2 PBX Systems

I have an SPA525g which is provisioned to work on an external Asterisk PBX.
What I want to do is have Line 2 of the SPA525 work on my 3CX Pi running locally.

Are there any examples that someone can direct me to?
I don't want to mess with Asterisk provisioning template already loaded on the 525

You already have an example. Asterisk and 3CX are just different flavors of SIP servers. Look at your Line 1 configuration and put the 3CX equivalent in Line 2.

I just manually provision each line to register to different servers. The first line might require STUN, but that won't affect the second line working off a local server. As long as the set isn't setup to reprovision (overwrite the settings), then line 2 should remain in place, if provisioned using the GUI.
