Solved Share button not available for meeting partecipants

Goodmorning,

after upgrading to V18 all partecipants of meeting don't see the share button until i change the type of permission from "partecipant" to "presenter".

It's uncomfortable that because if i plan a meeting from my pc and send the invitation link on a Meeting Room (uncheck the flag "the meegint starts once the organizer connects") when i open the link from room i don't have permission to change other partecipants rights.

I'm able to change the permission only if i check "Co-Host" during planning the meet, but i won't that other partecipants are able to manage the meeting settings.

For my opinion the sharing button should always be available.

Hi @iMark22,

At the moment that is how the WebMeetings work. You can't default certain permissions within a permission (such as being able to present but not edit anything else in a WebMeeting like other participants audio/video).
