Goor morning,

during a webmeeting I can not share a monitor if it has enable HDR in Windows display settings.
Same for share all application in a screen with HDR enable.
To resolve it is enought move application in a montiro without HDR or disable HDR.

I write to warn of this limit and if there are tasks for this little problem.

I forgeted, I try with Firefox, Chrome and Microsoft Edge, all last version at today.

Thank all for attention.

Hi Marco,

This is appears to be limitation with how Windows 10 HDR works in conjunction with web browsers.

I have tested this and when HDR is enabled, the screen does not appear as a shareable option in the browser at all. As soon as I disabled HDR, the browser could see the screen and share it.

3CX Webmeeting can only share things that are available to the browser, so I think your only option is to leave HDR off if you want to share your screen.

Also it should be noted that even if you were to successfully capture an HDR screen for sharing (using other programs), the other side will not be looking at something nice: to them it will appear as washed out, and the colors will be all wrong.

HDR on Windows never worked correctly. Avoid it unless it's for gaming.
